Our Children’s Ministries are designed to embrace the diversity of young hearts and minds. Whether your child is just starting their spiritual journey, or ready to deepen their understanding of faith, we have enriching experiences tailored to their needs.
Since we know that the safety and integrity of your children is incredibly important, every Ridgeview volunteer undergoes comprehensive background checks and appropriate training to ensure the highest standards of child welfare. Read on to learn more about our specific programs!
A NOTE ON HEALTH AND SAFETY
We work to be responsible in keeping all children entrusted to our care safe and healthy. Children who are visibly ill will not be permitted to stay in the classrooms. Any child who has had vomiting, diarrhea, fever (100⁰), or coughing that interferes with activities, nasal drainage that is discolored, or a rash within the last 24 hours should not be brought in, and will unlikely be permitted to stay in the nursery or any of the children’s classrooms in order to maintain the health and safety of all children and adults in attendance.

Our nursery attendants are enthusiastic and prepared to care for your precious little ones, from birth to the time they take those first wobbly steps. Our space is open and has plenty of toys for them to play with and have a spectacular time. A Bible story is read, as well as the worship service to be heard so they don’t miss out.
Pre-k thru Grade School

Sunday School 10:15 Children’s Church
Children’s Church and Sunday School feature a dedicated group of educators with a passion for what they are doing as they help your children “dig-in” to the Bible and learn more about Jesus.
Other great activities include a climbing wall, Lego wall, chalkboard wall, and coming soon is a playground for not only the children of Ridgeview, but also the community of Danville!
Kids With A Mission (K-WAM!)
Time: Wednesday’s 6:30-7:30 pm
Are you ready to make a positive impact in the community and reflect the love of Jesus, join us for KWAM! (Kids With A Mission!) This revitalized ministry empowers kids to get out into the community by participating in meaningful missions, such as raking leaves, assembling blessing bags for the homeless, expressing gratitude to veterans and local service personnel, preparing shoe boxes during Christmas time, and so much more!
Jr and Sr High School

Time: 9:00 am
Fear not, there is somewhere for the Jr. and Sr. High school students to go! We have a Sunday school class where the topics that we explore will help them with their spiritual walk, day to day issues, as well as help their relationships throughout the week.
4:12 The Gathering
Time: Sundays 6:00pm
This is our youth group, where adolescents and teens gather to play games and spend more time in the Bible. Come hang out in our youth room where we have an air hockey table, a foosball table, and even an Xbox! We also have events throughout the year including lock-ins, mission trips, and going to camp!
